How many messages can I send per customer per day? +
Meta's WhatsApp Business API limits marketing template messages to approximately 2 per user per 24-hour window. However, once a customer messages your bot first, you can send unlimited free-form messages within that 24-hour window. For operational messages (order confirmations, stock alerts) classified as "Utility" by Meta, there is no per-user daily limit. WhatsApp API usage is billed by Meta based on conversation volume and type — this is separate from NiftyFlow's platform fee.
Do my customers need to download any app? +
No. The AI assistant runs entirely inside WhatsApp, which your customers already use. They just save your business number and start messaging — no app download, no account registration, no website visit required.
How is my inventory data connected? +
We support three integration approaches: (1) Manual CSV/Excel upload through the dashboard, (2) scheduled sync from your existing stock management system via API, and (3) direct database connection for real-time data. Most distributors start with a daily CSV sync and upgrade once comfortable with the system.
Is this using official WhatsApp Business API or a grey-market tool? +
Fully official. NiftyFlow uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, which is the same infrastructure used by large enterprises. Your business number will not be banned or restricted. All template messages are pre-approved by Meta before sending.
What languages does the AI support? +
The AI auto-detects and responds in the language the customer uses — Hindi, English, Hinglish (mixed Hindi-English), Gujarati, and Marathi are all supported. It matches the customer's register naturally, so a buyer who writes "Bhai, cement ka stock hai kya?" gets a response in the same tone.
How long does setup take? +
Typically a few weeks from signing to go-live. The first phase focuses on data integration and bot configuration. Next, we manage the Meta API setup and your phone number configuration. The final week is dedicated to thorough testing and hand-off. We handle all the technical work; you only need to approve templates and share your inventory file.
